Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)

Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) must be conducted by the employer where there is use of chemicals hazardous to health as required by the Occupational Safety and Health (Use and Standard of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health) Regulation 2000 or in short, referred to as the USECHH Regulations. We offer consultation to enable employers to determine the appropriate control measures, worker guidance and training health surveillance which are necessary to protect the health of workers at risk of exposure to these chemicals.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) describes the air quality within and around buildings and structures, particularly as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. We can assess the indoor air quality of your building or enclosed space as it may be the most effective way to address health issues caused by poor indoor air quality as instructed in the Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality 2010.

Noise Risk Assessment (NRA)

Noise Risk Assessment (NRA) is used to identify potential sources of noise hazards and how they might affect your employees. We help you to reach compliance with noise exposure limits as mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health (Noise Exposure) Regulations 2019. Our assessor will evaluate your employees’ exposure to noise and provide you with an easy-to-read report which includes all our findings, interpretations, and recommendations.

Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM)

Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM) aims to quantify the levels of dangerous chemicals in the air that workers are exposed to. Our hygiene technician will utilize this monitoring to evaluate the workplace pollutants and compare it to the permissible limit specified in the USECHH Regulation.

Boundary Noise Monitoring

Boundary noise monitoring, also referred to as environmental noise monitoring, is an assessment of any unpleasant sound including noise from home, industrial, and traffic sources. High noise levels can lead to hearing loss and environmental noise pollution might upset passersby. To avoid these problems, we provide accurate boundary noise monitoring which comply with Section 23, Environmental Quality Act 1974.

Stack Emission Monitoring

Stack emission monitoring must be conducted when industrial waste gas streams are released into the atmosphere. Our competent team can perform stack emission monitoring to ensure compliance with Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 1978 and Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014.

Ambient Air Monitoring

Ambient air monitoring is the systematic, long-term assessment of pollutant levels in the outdoor air by measuring the quantity and types of specific pollutants. We provide ambient air monitoring which could help you meet the legal requirement as stated in Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014.

Effluent and Sewage Monitoring

Effluent and sewage monitoring is used to maintain adequate control ofin-plant operations to prevent violations of permit specifications. Our personnel can perform the analysis in compliance with Environmental Quality (Industrial Effluent) Regulations 2009 and Environmental Quality (Sewage) Regulations 2009.

Safety & Health Training

Basic Occupational First Aid (BOFA), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training

This two-day comprehensive training will focus on the emergency procedures that must be followed immediately when there is an injury or illness at the workplace. This is a hands-on training programme with plenty of practical sessions. In addition to standard first aid skills, these sessions will prepare you to carry out your new role as a First Aider.

Chemical Handling and Management at Workplace Training

This training is a two-day course aimed to provide knowledge on managing hazardous chemicals at work to promote a safe, healthy, and pleasant working environment for everyone. Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1994 (OSHA) has broad rules for handling chemicals in the workplace to prevent occupational diseases, injuries, and fatalities from hazardous chemicals. From this course, you will learn how to properly store, handle, and manage chemical substances at the workplace.

Emergency Response and Preparedness (ERP) Training

Emergencies can pose several risks to workers at the affected area. Preparation prior to an emergency incident is critical in ensuring that employers and workers have the necessary equipment and knowledge to keep themselves safe in the event of an emergency. It is critical for employers to provide adequate training to employees in dealing with any emergency situations that may arise at the workplace, whether on-site or off-site.

Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) Training

Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) is an essential practice for risk management as the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 mandates it. This training aims to give guidance to the participants in identifying the hazards at the workplace so they can carry out proper risk assessments.

Noise Management and Hearing Conservation Program

The purpose of the program is to prevent noise-induced hearing loss caused by exposure to high noise levels at the workplace. Hearing conservation is a set of practices and strategies aimed at preventing hearing loss and preserving hearing health. This involves taking measures to reduce exposure to excessive noise and promoting awareness about the risks associated with noise-induced hearing damage.
